José Pariente Sauvignon Blanc is bright straw yellow with green reflections and an intense aromatic profile. Mineral and herbal notes are joined by fresh grapefruit and citrus, while the palate is textured, lively and refreshing with good length.
Food pairing: Seafood, goat’s cheese, salads, grilled vegetables and light Asian dishes. Serve at 8–10°C.
