Alcohol & Age Verification Policy

Age restriction

We only sell alcoholic products to people aged 18 or over. By purchasing alcohol through this website, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in the place where the order is made and delivered.

Age verification

We may request proof of age before accepting, processing, collecting or delivering an order. Identification must be valid, photographic and issued by an official authority.

Accepted forms of identification are a valid passport, driving licence or national identity card.

If our staff, courier or delivery driver is not satisfied that the purchaser or recipient is aged 18 or over, the alcohol will not be supplied. We may also refuse supply where the recipient appears intoxicated or where supplying alcohol would be unlawful or unsafe.

Delivery and collection

Alcohol must be received or collected by an adult aged 18 or over. Orders will not be left unattended, in a safe place or with a person under 18. The order name and identification may be checked.

If age cannot be verified, delivery will be refused and the driver will contact our office. A failed-delivery charge of €25 will apply.

Responsible promotion

Our advertising is intended for adults. We do not encourage excessive consumption, appeal specifically to minors, associate alcohol with driving or dangerous activity, or claim that alcohol improves health, social standing, sexual success, sporting ability or professional performance.
