Description
Macán 2020 is a serious Rioja red built around Tempranillo with a small contribution from other traditional varieties. Barrel and foudre ageing followed by extended bottle maturation gives the wine depth, silky structure and complexity while preserving the freshness of the vintage.
Food pairing: Roast lamb, grilled beef, game, stews and mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C.
Storage: Store away from strong odours in a cool, dark place at a stable temperature.
