Description
María d’Echauz Clarete is a high-altitude Ribera del Duero wine made from Garnacha recovered from ancestral vine material. Precision viticulture and a short period of barrel ageing give the wine bright red fruit, freshness, mineral tension and refined complexity.
Food pairing: Charcuterie, grilled fish, rice dishes, roast poultry and Mediterranean cuisine. Serve at 9–11°C.
Storage: Store away from strong odours in a cool, dark place at a stable temperature.
