Description
Casa Rojo El Gordo del Circo 2025 is a characterful Verdejo from D.O. Rueda. Mineral and citrus notes combine with fennel, mango and apple, while the palate is broad, fresh and gently spicy, with excellent persistence. This white wine is presented as a 750ml.
Food pairing: Grilled fish, seafood paella, roast chicken, tapas and semi-cured cheese. Serve at 8–10°C.
