Casa Rojo Tokio Gómez Rojo 2019 is a limited-production sparkling wine made from Pedro Ximénez and aged on its lees. Fresh green fruit, honey and brioche aromas lead to a generous palate with polished acidity and a fresh, persistent finish. This sparkling wine is presented as a 750ml and comes from Spanish Sparkling Wine.
Food pairing: Oysters, shellfish, smoked fish, celebration dishes and mature cheese. Serve at 6–8°C.
