Description
Casa Rojo Moltó Negre is a Garnacha-based Brut Nature Cava. Green apple, citrus, floral, dairy and pastry aromas combine with fine, integrated bubbles, Mediterranean herb notes and a toasted-almond finish. This sparkling wine is presented as a 750ml and comes from D.O. Cava.
Food pairing: Aperitifs, seafood, fried fish, charcuterie and soft cheeses. Serve at 6–8°C.
Storage: Store away from strong odours in a cool, dark place at a stable temperature.
