Description

Casa Rojo Machoman is the winery’s iconic Monastrell. Ripe plum, cherry, blackberry and cassis meet balsamic, menthol, liquorice, anise and Mediterranean herb notes. Full-bodied, structured and mineral, it combines firm tannins with vibrant acidity. This red wine is presented as a 750ml and comes from IGP Tierra de Murcia.

Food pairing: Roast lamb, beef, game, slow-cooked meats and mature cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C.

Storage: Store away from strong odours in a cool, dark place at a stable temperature.
