Description
A Vilerma captures the character of Ribeiro through a traditional blend of native Galician varieties. Apple, citrus, fennel and bay leaf mingle with melon, apricot, delicate flowers and wet-stone minerality, leading to an elegant, persistent and lightly saline finish.
Food pairing: Shellfish, grilled fish, octopus, Galician seafood dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8–10°C.
Storage: Store away from strong odours in a cool, dark place at a stable temperature.
