Description
Casa Rojo Minami 2022 is a plot-driven Mediterranean Syrah with a deep purple colour. The complex nose shows ripe and stewed black fruit with balsamic and spicy notes. Full-bodied yet balanced by pronounced acidity, the palate finishes smooth and long. This red wine is presented as a 750ml and comes from IGP Tierra de Murcia.
Food pairing: Game, grilled beef, lamb, rich stews and blue cheese. Serve at 16–18°C.
Storage: Store away from strong odours in a cool, dark place at a stable temperature.
