Yoana de Vallobera is a delicate rosé made from Tempranillo, Viura and Sauvignon Blanc. Pale salmon-pink in colour, it combines fresh red fruit and grape aromas with subtle balsamic notes, lively acidity and a refreshing mineral finish.
Food pairing: Aperitifs, salads, grilled fish, seafood and Asian dishes. Serve at 8–10°C.
Storage: Store away from strong odours in a cool, dark place at a stable temperature.
