1. About these terms
These terms apply to purchases through albertsvinoteca.es. Read them with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Delivery & Collection Policy, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and Alcohol & Age Verification Policy. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.
2. Eligibility and age
Customers purchasing alcohol must be aged 18 or over and legally capable of entering a contract. We may refuse or cancel an order where age cannot be verified, an order appears fraudulent or unlawful, a price is clearly erroneous, stock is unavailable, delivery is impossible or acceptance would breach a legal requirement.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Bottle images, vintages, labels and packaging may vary where producers update presentation. We will not make a material product or vintage substitution without the customer’s agreement.
4. Prices and payment
The price payable is shown and confirmed at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors before acceptance. Consumer prices include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery and other charges are displayed before submission.
Accepted payment methods are debit or credit card, bank transfer and cash on collection, where offered during checkout or agreed with us.
Payments are handled through secure checkout services. We do not intentionally store complete card details on this website.
5. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt but not necessarily acceptance. The contract is formed when we send an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or notify the customer that the order is available for collection.
6. Delivery, collection and risk
Delivery and collection are governed by our Delivery & Collection Policy. Responsibility transfers as provided by applicable consumer law. Title does not pass until payment is received in full.
7. Cancellations and returns
Cancellation, withdrawal, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
8. Promotions
Promotions are subject to their stated dates, stock limits and eligibility terms. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
9. Responsible use and resale
Products are supplied for lawful personal or authorised business use. Customers must comply with relevant age, resale, licensing, tax, import and export requirements.
10. Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
11. Complaints
Send complaints to sales@albertsvinoteca.es with the order number and relevant details. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 calendar days.
Official consumer complaint forms are available at our premises. Customers may also seek assistance from the relevant municipal consumer information office or competent consumer authority.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Spanish law without removing mandatory protection available to consumers in their habitual residence. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts or consumer bodies having jurisdiction under applicable law.
