Delivery area

Standard online delivery is available to postcodes 03190 and 03191 in Pilar de la Horadada. Delivery outside these postcodes is available only by prior agreement with our sales team.

Delivery charges

Delivery to postcodes 03190 and 03191 is free. For any agreed delivery outside these postcodes, the delivery charge will be quoted and accepted before the order is processed.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, consumer prices and charges include applicable VAT.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery date or period will be confirmed during the order process.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date. We will contact the customer if stock is unavailable or a material delay occurs.

Receiving alcohol

An adult aged 18 or over must receive the order. Valid photographic identification may be requested. Alcohol will not be left unattended or supplied to anyone under 18. The customer must provide a complete and accessible address and contact number.

Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because nobody eligible is available, age cannot be verified, access is not possible or the address is incorrect, the driver will contact our office and a failed-delivery charge of €25 will apply.

Click and collect

Orders may be collected from Albert’s Vinoteca, CV-925, Diseminado 6, 5E, 03191 Pilar de la Horadada, Alicante, Spain.

Collection is available during advertised opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 09:00–20:00; Sunday, 09:00–14:00. We will notify the customer when the order is ready.

The collector must be aged 18 or over and may be asked for the order confirmation, payment card and valid photographic identification.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Inspect the package promptly and contact us as soon as possible at sales@albertsvinoteca.es or +34 622 338 950 if it is damaged, incomplete or incorrect. We may request photographs of the packaging, label and affected item.
